Return & Refund Policy

Sun Nature has a 7-day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer. Please kindly note: 

• We do not accept exchanges.


• We accept returns for the following reasons only when: 

- Wrong items received
- Damaged/ Defective items received (Image proof is required)


• We accept aforementioned returns under the following terms and conditions: 

- When items are in original purchase condition and documentations.
- When items are returned with the original printed invoice as a proof of purchase.
- All postage fees incurred for returned item(s) will be borne by Sun Nature.
- Customers are advised to mail items back to Sun Nature via registered mail, as we will not be responsible for lost mail.
- Your returned item(s) will be examined and processed within 7 workings days.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned item(s) that do not fulfill our return policy. Our customer service officers will be in touch with you with status updates.
- Please note that we will not be reimbursing any part of original shipping/ handling charges.


• We regret to inform that we will not be providing returns for the following reasons: 

- Change of mind
- Misjudgment on quantity required
- Own mistake on product selected
